Hello! I'm so excited that you’re here! I started this community to share my passion for yoga, nutrition, tarot, birthwork, energy healing and my love for astrology, magic, the moon, divination, manifestation… basically all things well and witchy!

It is my life's work to serve by guiding others through healing movement and other forms of self-care and self-reflection towards a more aligned and vibrant life.

I'm super into reading Tarot. One of the most exciting things I can think to do is to pour over a new Tarot or oracle deck 🤓 I leaned into this nerdom and Certified as a Tarot guide via the Biddy Tarot program in 2023.
I was a committed raver in the 90s and early 00s and to this day if a house or drum & bass beat catches my ear, just try to keep me from dancing. Once a raver, always a raver.

I am Reiki III certified, and although I don't formally practice on clients, energy healing infuses my life and work.
My husband and I named our daughter Lorelai and then months after she was born it occurred to me that our dog's name is Tsuki (pronounced Sooki). LOL omg.

I grew up Lutheran (we went to church every week!) became pagan-curious at 21 and began practicing magic at 23.
I am a coffee enthusiast (bordering on fanatic hehe). My espresso machine seriously saved me during the very sleep deprived first months of mamahood.
I crave kale and tahini fortnightly 👀
When I became pregnant I dove headlong into learning all that I could about birth. Shortly after my daughter was born I became a certified doula. I am still wowed at how much there is to know about birth and how much more will be ever unknowable, as birth may just be the biggest mystery of all mysteries! I love supporting women on their own pregnancy and birth journeys.
My Certifications & Experience
- 500 HR RYT Yoga Instructor. 200 HR, Corepower Yoga, 2017. 300 HR, My Vinyasa Practice, 2020. I've been teaching yoga part-time since 2017 and have taught over 500 classes in gyms, parks, yoga studios. My first love is Power Vinyasa, but I also enjoy teaching Hot Power Fusion, Sculpt, Prenatal, Restorative and Yin.
- Certified Health Coach, Institute of Integrative Nutrition, 2016. Coached clients at Sunu Wellness Center in Minneapolis, MN, 2017-2018.
- USUI Reiki Level I Attunement, Jean Formo, 2016. USUI Reiki II, III, and Master Level Attunement, Lisa Powers, 2020. I have not formally practiced on clients but (consent based) energy work is infused throughout my life and work.
- Certified Tarot Advisor, Biddy Tarot, 2023. I have performed many readings for clients through the Biddy Tarot platform (see testimonials on my Tarot page!) as well as for friends and family, and it is a personal daily practice.
- Certified Birth Doula, Indie Birth, 2024. I am excited to begin attending births and offering perinatal education in 2026.
